  • Evening of Style

    Join us for The Evening of Style, presented by The Tea Room, on Thursday, February 11, 2027, at The Monroe in West Des Moines. This special Maroons' Night Out features an evening of dinner, drinks, uniquely themed dining tables, and guests dressed in attire to match their table's theme. Gather with friends for a fun and memorable night celebrating creativity, community, and Maroon spirit.

    THANK YOU for making Bash on Buffalo: Rewind—Back to the ’80s such an unforgettable night!

    Because of your incredible support, energy, and generosity, this year’s Bash was truly “totally awesome.” From the exciting auctions and raffle to the great food, cocktails, and all the neon fun, the evening was a celebration in every sense of the word.

    As we marked the 42nd anniversary of the Bash, we were reminded just how powerful this community is. Your support directly impacts the Career Academy Endowment—helping students discover their passions, gain hands-on experience, and build bright futures.

    We are so grateful to everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, and supported this special event. You make a lasting difference in the lives of our students.

  • Golf Outing

    48th Annual Dowling Catholic Golf Outing

    Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 48th Annual Dowling Catholic Golf Outing! This beloved tradition once again brought our Dowling Catholic community together for a fun-filled day on the greens in support of our students.

    From our golfers and sponsors to our volunteers and community partners, your generosity and enthusiasm made this year's event a tremendous success. Together, we raised more than $50,000 for the Coppola Family Tuition Endowment, helping make a Dowling Catholic education more accessible for students and families.

    Thank you for being part of this special tradition. We look forward to seeing you at the 49th Annual Dowling Catholic Golf Outing next summer!

  • Grandparents Mass

    Join us for Grandparents Mass on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at Dowling Catholic High School. 

    We look forward to welcoming grandparents for a special morning with their students. Grandparents will have the opportunity to tour the school, hear from student and faculty speakers, celebrate Mass with their grandchildren, and enjoy a time of reunion and fellowship. 

    Doors open: 7:30 a.m.
    Self guided tours: 7:30 - 8:00 a.m.
    Mass begins: 8:15 a.m.

  • Pancake Breakfast

    Join us for the 65th Annual Dowling Catholic Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in the Varied Industries Building!

    This beloved, time-honored tradition supports the Student Activities Endowment and welcomes families, alumni, and friends for a shared morning of connection. Bring your family and friends to enjoy a delicious breakfast of pancakes, sausage, milk, orange juice, and coffee—along with gluten-free options—all served with plenty of Dowling Catholic spirit!

    The fun continues with activities hosted by DCHS student clubs, a bake sale, games for all ages, and live entertainment from the DCHS band and choir. There’s something for everyone to enjoy!

    8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
    We can’t wait to celebrate this special tradition with you!

  • Christmas Luncheon

    Save the Date!
    Join us for our Christmas Luncheon on Thursday, December 3, 2026, at Glen Oaks Country Club.

    Celebrate the joy of the season with the Dowling Catholic community at this festive and meaningful gathering. Guests will enjoy a delicious luncheon, a seasonal program featuring special guest speakers and entertainment from student musicians and vocalists, and the opportunity to connect with friends—both new and familiar—as we prepare our hearts for Christmas.
