Dowling Catholic requires a background check conducted through the Diocese of Des Moines for new employees and volunteers. Please complete the following items:
- Code of Conduct Diocese of Des Moines establishes a framework for ethical behavior for employees and volunteers. Please read this important document.
- VIRTUS: Protecting God's Children instructions for completing online mandatory training for employees and volunteers. This training never expires.
- Diocese of Des Moines Background Screening Application (BSA) is completed authorizing the background screening. Electronic signatures not accepted. Please print and return this document.
- DCHS Background Check Report - Please print and return this document.
Once the BSA, DCHS Background Check Report and VIRTUS are completed, please forward to Katrina Chambliss, at kchambliss@dowlingcatholic.org.
