The Honoring Our History, Faith in Our Future campaign theme celebrates those who have paved the way for us today, as we now prepare for future generations of Maroons. Our tradition of excellence started with St. Joseph Academy and Dowling High School and took on new heights from Buffalo Road more than 50 years ago. This campaign will position us to continue providing the best Dowling Catholic experience for the next 50 years.
With a campaign goal of $76 million, Dowling Catholic is undertaking a historic effort to ensure our facilities keep pace with a growing student body while continuing to provide an exceptional learning environment. Focused on long-overdue improvements, the campaign will modernize many of the school’s oldest facilities. Planned projects include:
  • A new student union providing comfortable spaces to study, meet and socialize
  • A secure main entrance and relocated attendance office to enhance campus safety
  • Expanded parking with over 100 new spots and an additional 17th Street entrance/exit
  • Renovated kitchen and dining area with after-school snack options
  • Additional practice and competition spaces, including three new courts, an indoor fitness track, and four new locker rooms
  • Expanded seating for school Masses, pep rallies, and other events
  • A storm shelter that doubles as an auxiliary athletic court
Our school’s mission is vital—preparing Leaders for Life, Centered on Christ. Facilities are a tool for that mission, and these updates will allow us to continue providing an exceptional learning environment for students for the next 50 years.
