Iowa Youth Institute
Nine students recently represented DCHS at the Iowa Youth Institute, where each researched a global issue affecting a specific country and proposed solutions. All nine were named Norman Borlaug Scholars, earning a $1,000 scholarship and the opportunity to attend the Global Youth Institute.
