The primary purpose of the Dowling Catholic cheerleaders is to raise spirit, perform cheers and lead the crowd at Dowling Catholic football and basketball games, wrestling matches and special events.  In addition, cheerleaders will perform stunts and short dance/pom routines. Those who are members of the competition squads may also attend in-state cheerleading competitions.
