Freshman Orientation (Last names L-Z)

Freshmen A-K (8am-11:30am) Freshmen L-Z (12pm-3:30pm)
Freshmen will report to the main gym at the specified start time on Tuesday, August 18th. Students are to be in DCHS uniform polo and uniform pants (no shorts allowed) and must wear a face mask/covering. Students will learn expectations for the upcoming school year, receive their Chromebooks and final schedules, and have their school pictures taken (the school picture order form is available in OnCampus Resources). Freshmen will also hear an explanation of how lunch is served at DCHS and have a chance to follow their A Day schedule (periods 1, 3, 5, and 7) and meet each of their teachers. Textbooks will be checked out during classes, as needed, in the first few weeks of school. Students are encouraged to bring a backpack to hold all of their materials.
Freshmen who will be 100% virtual will need to report to the Main Gym at 11am this day to pick up their materials, get pictures taken, and check-out their textbooks/Chromebooks (enter the South gym entrance).
