Click here to volunteer.Click here to purchase tickets.How to Manage Your Tickets1. After completing your ticket purchase, you will receive a "manage your tickets" email. Click the "manage tickets" button.
2. In the My Tickets panel, you'll see all your assigned tickets and unassigned tickets. Tickets with a red dot need additional information. Click the ticket you'd like to assign, reassign, or update.
3. Enter your guests' names, phone numbers, email addresses. If you enter their email address, the guest will receive an email with a link to claim your ticket.
How to Claim A Ticket That Someone Bought For You1. When someone purchases a ticket for you and enters your email address, you will receive a "You've got a ticket" email. Click the "Get your express pass here" link in the email.
2. This will open the login screen. The email address where you received your ticket
redemption email will auto-populate. Click "Next".
3. If you already have a OneCause account, you'll have the option to receive a verification text message or enter your password. If you're new to OneCause, you'll be prompted to enter your phone number and will receive a verification text message. Enter the verification code, then fill in your first and last name to complete setting up your account.
4. Follow the prompts to enter any required information. Click "Next"
NOTE: You are NOT required to enter credit card information to claim your ticket. We can check you in at the door. If you are comfortable entering your credit card information, a QR code will be generated for your ticket(s) which will expedite the check-in process. (Your credit card will not be charged.)
5. If you have a OneCause account, Click My Account (the profile icon if you're on a mobile device) and then click My Tickets. Click on your ticket to view and select any ticket options. Save.
6. If you do NOT have a OneCause account, simply give your name or host name at check in. You’re all set.
