1968 Football Team
In 1968 under legendary Coach Jim Williams, the Maroons made Dowling football history for the second year in a row with an undefeated season, including no ties. The offense scored a total of 284 points during the season compared to their opponents. The defense only allowed 49 points with four shutouts. Dowling’s strong tradition of football excellence can be traced back to this team of 50 years ago. We are excited to welcome them back to celebrate their 50th anniversary.
