Virtual Parent-Teacher Conference Registration Period
We will be offering virtual parent-teacher spring conferences for those who would like the opportunity to talk with your student’s teachers. Conferences are optional and will require registration which can be completed following the directions outlined below. If you would prefer to discuss your student’s progress through email instead of scheduling a conference, please contact the teachers individually.
- VIRTUAL Spring conferences will be held:
- Wednesday, February 3rd, from 2-5 p.m. and
- Monday, February 8th, from 3-6 p.m.
Conferences will be five minutes each. Anyone requiring more time with a teacher should contact that teacher directly to make other arrangements. Parents must register for their conferences online using the site SchoolBookings.net.
The system will open for registration at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, 1/27, and will close at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, 2/2.Parents will need the following event code to register at the site shown below.

- You will need a list of your student’s teachers (which can be found in OnCampus)

Freshman (Class of 2025) Registration
In order to keep numbers manageable,we encourage each incoming student to attend with one parent/guardian only atthe designated time listed below. Families enrolling their first child atDCHS are welcome to have both parents attend, if they choose. Face masks will be required for everyoneattending registration and social distancing protocols will be in place.
FRESHMAN REGISTRATION TIMELINE:
8:30am Students from Christ the King and St. Francis of Assisi
9:30am Students from Holy Trinity, Sacred Heart, and St. Patrick
10:30am Students from St. Anthony, St. Augustin, St. Joseph, and St. Luke theEvangelist
11:30am Students from Holy Family, St. Pius X, St. Theresa, and all otherschools
