Monday is a Pink Out at school in celebration of the 3rd week of Advent when we move to lighting the pink candle. The week is referred to as "Gaudete" which means rejoice and is taken from the very first word of the Latin liturgy for the 3rd week of Advent. This is for students (in dresscode pants) and faculty and staff. Please continue your Monday tradition of dressing for the season and wear pink on Monday, Dec 17.
Area leaders, human resource managers and Alumni from a variety of fields will provide valuable insight into specific industries, the local job market and finding that first employment opportunity. The event will include individual introductions, round table discussions and featured speaker, Mary Bontrager, Executive Vice President, Greater Des Moines Partnership.
