Freshman Important Dates

Welcome Class of 2026

Here are some important dates to keep in mind for the incoming freshmen:

Thursday, August 18 – Freshman Orientation – 8:00 am to 2:30 pm
~Information will be mailed to you

Sunday, August 21 – Freshman Mass – 9:00 to 11:00 am
(An invitation will be coming in the mail)
~Mass for all at 9:00 am in the gym, enter at south doors
~Informational Sessions after Mass:  
             *Parents stay in Gym
             *Students go to their homerooms led by student ambassadors
             *Siblings may go to the small gym to play games with student ambassadors

Tuesday, August 23 – First Day of School – 8:15 am to 3:15 pm

Wednesday, August 31 – Mini School Night – 6:30 pm 
~Parents are invited to come and go through their students schedule to meet teachers and learn about the classes

Freshman/Parent Counselor Nights:  7:00 to 8:00 pm:  Auditorium
Sept. 12:  Mrs. Osborn/Mrs. Stilwill (Freshman last names A to Lo)
Sept. 19:  Mrs. Schulte/Mrs. Cooling (Freshman last names Lp to Z)

Uniform Pick Up: If you ordered uniforms in the spring and selected "pick up", your order will be available Monday, August 15 - Wednesday, August 17 from 10 am to 6 pm in the cafeteria at DCHS.  
 
Purchasing Uniforms:  The Campus Store will be open on August 15, 16 & 17 from 10am – 6pm. You may purchase 2 polo shirts and 1 sweatshirt or fleece jacket from our available stock at that time.  

On the first day of school, you may purchase more shirts from whatever stock we have left at that time.

Beginning August 15, you may place an order online for more uniform items. That order will be submitted on August 30 and should arrive the first week of October, barring any supply issues.
