Incoming Freshmen
Students interested in enrolling at Dowling Catholic High School should contact the Admissions Office during their eighth-grade year. Students will be considered for enrollment once the Application for Admissions has been completed and returned, and a copy of the student's grades, discipline record, and official transcripts are received. One of three decisions can be issued in response to an application:
- admissions without conditions
- admissions with conditions
- denial of application for admissions
All eighth grades students are required to take the freshmen placement test. The placement test helps DCHS place students in the appropriate courses and measures advancement over their four years of high school.
